[Wellness] Early Menopause.

Sometimes I feel as though I'm the only woman who had an utterly trouble-free menopause. One day my periods stopped, just like that, without a symptom or a worry. The only problem, although it wasn't one at the time, was that my menopause was early. I was only forty-two. My family was already complete, so I was delighted.

 

Now I am seventy-seven and 'all that' is way behind me. Except that my daughter is now forty-one and talking of trying for another baby. I tell her she must hurry because she may not have much time, but she laughs.So, two questions. a) Is early menopause inherited? b) Can anything be done to delay it's onset?
