[Wellness] Livestrong Day

I was just wondering if anyone from the list applied to be part of
Livestrong Day in Washington DC on May 15 & 16??  If you want to go but did
not apply yet go to livestrong.org and you'll find the information.  I
should hear in March they said.  Usually when you apply for something
through LAF your acceptance means you can apply for a scholarship for
transportation and hotel. As part of my Survivor's Summit personal action
plan I will be posting the ten initiatives that the LAF is supporting and
what you can do to help also.  I am posting them on the website first and
then sending them to LAF for publishing approval.  I have two more to go so
hopefully by next week they will be live and you can read them there.  If
you really wish to be part of this army of yellow who will storm capitol
hill in May but can not fit it into your schedule go to the website and buy
a yellow tshirt and wristband and show your support in May.  They also have
a wonderful survivors resource for free.  I gave one to my cancer center
with instructions on how to get more.
