[Wellness] Aromisin

I have had a letter from the top oncologist here in Oregon and he said that aromisin does cause bone and joint pains but there are more drugs that can be taken.. In leu of chemo.. Do any of you know about any that don't do this?  I have already tried Femara.. I also have Zometa as an infusion once a month is any one on this?  Would like to hear from you..
