[Wellness] Re: Femara vs Aromasin

Karen
Thank you so much for this..My story goes back a year after 4 CT scans, MRI,
Ultrasound and Endoscopy ultra sound. Not one of these or 3 doctors found
what they saw when I had surgery. Tumors on my liver. (I was told that it
was a blood vessel) and not to worry. Wrong. They traced this back to 1986
breast cancer.. So am being treated for breast cancer with Femara (no more)
now aromasin and Zometa infusions. I wouldn't put this out but I want to
warn others that cancer is like a sleeping giant. It wakes up and that is
no such thing as a cure. Remission yes. If I can help anyone please write
to me. I had cancer in the other breast in 1993 a smalll microscopic one and
then in 1996 a spot on my lung.. Nov will be 9 years for this. Praise God.
I feel he is the Great Physician and healer not the doctors. If I didn't
have my faith and a wonderful husband and children I would have given up..
But not now...When I did tell the doctor about my bone and joint pain after
9 months of Femara he said "Yes we know that Femara does that and we are
going to take you off of it". This story is not to scare anyone but to help
them. Cancer is running rampant and we need to do something about it. I am
trying to start a cancer support group. Not just where you share your
illness but a "Positive" group of healing and ideas as well as prayers for
all. Maybe others can do this as well.
